What are the benefits of using universal terms and anatomical position to refer to a location on the human body?

When you use universal terms then everyone is going to know what you are talking about. If you use terms that you personally use to help you remember something or a nickname, others may not know what you are talking about. It is important to use anatomical position because if you say something is on the left then we do not know where exactly that is, it could be in the upper quadrant, lower quadrant, or not on the left at all.
