The crust is not liquid: the  crust is what we walk on, so we know that it's not liguid.

The inner core is not liquid (too much pressure), but the outter core is liquid - this is one of the correct answers.

The mantle is also fluid, depending on the interpretation (its so-called viscous fluid)
