Nu = c/lambda
Nu being the frequency
Lambda being the wavelength
C being the speed of light

Divide the speed of light by the wavelength:
3/6.83 = 0.439
10^8/10^-12 = 20

So you have 0.439 x 10^20
or
4.39 x 10^19 s^-1
