No somethings only have one cell. they are called unicellular organisms.

There are multicellular organisms and single-celled organisms. Humans, plants, and animals of all kinds are multicellular, meaning they have more than 2 cells.

Single-celled organisms include bacteria, archaea, and a few others. They only have one cell, hence the name.
