This a problem on proportions. 4:3 = 26:X The three comes fro a yardstick equaling three feet in length. 26/4=6.5. The numbers in the 2nd ratio are 6.5 times larger, so X = 6.5(3). 3 times 6.5 = 19.5. The flagpole is 19.5 feet tall.
