You do 15/4 MULTIPLIED by 2/5 (you change the division sign to a multiplication sign) then you multiply the fractions : 15*2=30 and 4*5=20 so it would equal to 30/20 which can be halved to give 15/10

15/4÷5/2
15/4·2/5
=3/2
you have to flip 5/2 which would become 2/5. Then you multiply 15/4 and 2/5 and get 3/2. Hope that helps
