What would happen to glucose homeostasis of the pancreas could no longer produce glucagon?

You would have a resulting change in blood sugar levels, and have the effects attributed with High or Low blood sugar. The pancreas is the balancer for glucose in the bloodstream, and would throw the entire body out of order.
