[tex] = \sqrt{4 \times 2} + 3 \sqrt{16 \times 2} - \sqrt{25 \times 2} [/tex]

[tex] = 2\sqrt{ 2} + 12 \sqrt{2} - 5\sqrt{ 2} [/tex]
